CSRs are not set up to reflect contracts an entity has with any one carrier - contracts are handled internally by the carrier on record

We need a letter because we are not the "customer" for any of our clients' records. That is a letter of authorization. However, customers can get info on their own accounts anytime. Any other company or organization - anyone beside the owner of the account - must have permission to access those records. This is called a letter of authorization or LOA.

If the CSR identifies you as the customer of record, can any telco view this information or is a letter required for this vendor to obtain your information? I want to be clear on this and ask as a government representative. We are given the impression that any vendor can access any CSR for any customer. Please advise.
